This customer was using Competitor’s steel cord belts and was experiencing serious delivery issues. The availability of Dunlop Ferroflex was superior by far. The first belts supplied by Dunlop are still in operation. The level of improved belt life has not yet been fully measured although the Dunlop Ferroflex is expected to outperform the previous belts used by several years.
