This customer was using our competitor’s belts and was experiencing serious delivery issues. The availability of Fenner Dunlop Ferroflex was superior by far. The first belts supplied by Fenner Dunlop are still in operation. The level of improved belt life has not yet been fully measured although the Fenner Dunlop Ferroflex is expected to out -perform the previous belts used by several years.
